The Learning & Development Administrator will provide a professional and customer-focused administrative and front-of-house service to the Learning & Development College, supporting corporate objectives and those of the Service Support Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice to NIFRS personnel regarding operational learning and development (L&D) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training and associated events.
- Provide a helpdesk facility for users and administrators of the Learning Management System.
- Perform system maintenance, development, training, and user access management.

Post Details
- 36¼ hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- Flexible Working Hours Scheme in operation.
- Work may include duties in such a way as to fulfil the obligations of the post.
- Based at NIFRS Learning & Development College, 120 Dungannon Road, Cookstown, BT80 9BD.
- Successful applicant required to travel around all NIFRS locations.
- There are currently 2 permanent posts; a reserve list will be created for 12 months.
Salary
The salary scale is Scale 6. The salary range is currently £31,537 – £33,699 per annum (Under Review).
