About the Client We are recruiting on behalf of a leading technology solutions provider and Managed Service Provider (MSP). Due to continuous expansion and a strong market presence, they are seeking an experienced, dynamic Sales Manager to lead their UK sales function and drive strategic growth.
Purpose of the Role As the Sales Manager, you will provide dedicated leadership to the sales team, optimizing pipeline management, increasing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth across the UK business in line with annual targets. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities β’ Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective revenue targets. β’ Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. β’ Improve conversion rates through targeted coaching, deal reviews, and process improvements. β’ Collaborate closely with marketing, technical pre-sales, and vendor partners on go-to-market strategies. β’ Report regularly on pipeline health, team performance, and sales activity to senior leadership. β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy.
