About the Organisation Our client is a high-profile, not-for-profit environmental operator designing and delivering a major, pioneering nationwide sustainability scheme. They are seeking an experienced Interim Programme Coordinator to drive delivery control, planning, and governance across their critical Operations programme.
The Role Purpose You will provide structured coordination, controls, and reporting across Operational Scheme Set-up, Logistics, and Cross-Scheme Operations. Using Wrike , you will maintain a single, reliable view of project status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and financial tracking for C-suite and Board review. Key Responsibilities Programme Controls: Maintain core portfolio controls (milestones, action/decision logs, change records, and stage-gate evidence).
Wrike Administration: Act as the tool administrator, managing plan structures, task dependencies, dashboards, and data quality.
Reporting & Dashboards: Compile concise, evidence-based status dashboards and monthly scorecards for the COO and Programme Board.
RAID & Action Tracking: Actively update and chase risk logs, cross-functional dependencies, and actions through to closure.
Governance Support: Coordinate agendas, meeting packs, and follow-up materials for senior governance forums.
