We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for our innovative services in the UK and Ireland. This pivotal role involves driving significant revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts, with a strong focus on engaging with partners and clients in the Oracle space.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, identifying and securing new business in target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, Oracle and Ecosystem partners, as well as strategic stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends to drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, delivery, and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling campaigns, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to close deals effectively and in line with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company and explore new opportunities.
Please note that whilst this is a Director level role, this is very much a hands-on sales role with no managerial responsibilities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree.
