Sector: GreenTech / Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Software

About the Opportunity

Picture More has been exclusively retained to appoint a Director of Revenue Operations for an exceptionally fast-growing pioneer in the electric vehicle (EV) charging space. Our client provides the invisible software backbone for operators, drivers, and businesses relying on EV infrastructure worldwide, currently supporting over 100 enterprise clients and 280,000 charge points. Having scaled past the point where instinct alone can sustain growth, they are looking for a strategic builder to establish operational discipline and own the commercial operating system underneath the CRO, Sales, and Customer Success leaders.

What Youll Own

  • Lead Operations & Tech Stack: Enforce the Marketing-to-Sales handoff contract (SLAs, MQL/SQL routing). Manage and scale the GTM ecosystem (HubSpot, Gong, Zendesk, DealHub, Amplemarket, Zapier) with an AI-first automation strategy.
  • Enablement & Compensation: Own the content operating model (Notion, HubSpot) to ensure reps find the right assets instantly. Design, administer, and clarify data-driven compensation plans for all revenue-tied roles.
  • Governance & Pricing: Run the Deal Desk. Establish strict operational processes around non-standard pricing, discount approvals, and contract reviews.
  • Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence: Drive bottoms-up vs. tops-down weekly forecasting, variance analysis, and pipeline metrics (conversion, velocity, win/loss) to accurately predict upcoming quarters.
  • Planning & Scale: Model quota setting, territory design, and capacity planning (rep productivity, ramp curves) defended strictly by data.

Who You Are

You are a builder, not a maintainer. You view RevOps as a strategic partner to leadership, not a support ticket desk. You have scaled a B2B SaaS business through hyper-growth (Series BD) and are equally comfortable steering high-level strategy or diving directly into the systems.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 8 years in RevOps or Sales Ops within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Scale & Forecasting: Proven experience owning end-to-end forecasting at a €20m ARR scale.
  • System Expertise: Leadership in CRM administration, with a strong preference for HubSpot.
  • Commercial Design: Proven track record designing comp plans, structuring territories, and enforcing Marketing-to-Sales SLAs.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong analytical skills including SQL, BI tools, and data dashboarding.
  • Management: Direct people management experience, with a desire to remain a hands-on Director.

Nice to Haves: Background in EV, energy, or Fintech; international European scaling experience; hands-on familiarity with AI tooling to automate workflows.

What Sits Outside This Role: To keep you focused, Marketing Ops, content creation, list pricing strategy, and corporate IT/Finance Ops stay with their respective departments.

How to Apply: This vacancy is being managed exclusively by Picture More. All third-party or direct applications will be forwarded to Picture More for consideration. To apply, please submit your CV directly through this portal.
