Join Us as a Process Engineer
We\’re looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team, supporting the Single Aisle aircraft programme. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by helping industrialise new and modified designs within a major aerospace environment.
You\’ll work as part of a collaborative, multifunctional team and support the smooth transition of mechanical and electrical modifications into production.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Translating design intent into clear, accurate technical instructions and Manufacturing Engineering data for production, assembly, testing and certification.
- Delivering detailed work preparation (including routings, BOMs, SOIs and STV calculations).
- Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Implementing best‑practice manufacturing methods, tools and processes.
- Managing process improvements and supporting industrialisation projects from concept through to implementation.
- Evaluating and improving manufacturing capacities, as well as recommending design changes where appropriate.
- Providing hands‑on support to shopfloor teams, supply chain and Final Assembly Lines.
What We\’re Looking For
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Experience with business or manufacturing systems (SAP ideal).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering methods, design processes and production systems.
- Ability to work from first principles and make informed technical decisions.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
A background in large‑scale manufacturing environments is particularly valuable.
