We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to join a growing manufacturing team in Barton-upon-Humber.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative production environment, supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of site machinery and equipment.

Shift Pattern (Rotating) Week 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday Week 2: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Fault finding, repairs, and breakdown response.

Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Continuous improvement of safety, processes, and technology.

Maintenance record keeping using CMMS (Shire System).

Essential Requirements Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Desirable FMCG or woodworking manufacturing experience.
