We are looking for an experienced Project Controller to work closely with Project Managers across multiple projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project budgets, schedules, and progress analysis, supporting reporting, and recommending actions to enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project data entry and maintenance in EPMS and SAP systems.
- Prepare and issue monthly invoices, cost and schedule progress reports including earned value analysis.
- Develop and maintain project trackers and forecasts in coordination with project teams.
- Act as an EPMS Super-User, supporting colleagues and system enhancements.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and contractual standards.
- Expedite technical queries, variation orders, and purchase order generation.
- Support internal audits and maintain strict adherence to company policies.
Skills & Experience
- Formal UK qualification in Project Controls.
- Degree or masters in a related field.
- Proven experience in project control within construction, engineering, or similar industrial sectors.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficient in project control software (EPMS, SAP).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
