The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 Β£ per year.

The Contracts Manager is part of the Legal and Commercial Team and oversees contracts for the full contract lifecycle with clients, vendors, partners, and colleagues, as well as documenting any changes or amendments that may arise during implementation or execution.

Ensuring that work is completed in accordance with the contractual terms across a variety of projects, including all aspects of engineering & design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover.

Will negotiate sub-contracts and orders, monitor sub-contractors and plan critical dates, consulting closely with other internal and external stakeholders.

The Contracts Manager is responsible for agreeing additional scopes of work, successfully managing contract changes post-award, resolving disputes, and identifying areas for improvement in contracting processes.

  • Demonstrate experience managing contract values, risks, claims, and performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration with procurement, business development, finance, and project teams
  • Effectively communicate and take a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management
  • Experience of using SAP system
  • Educated to a minimum of Degree level in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience in Contracts Management
  • Full clean driving license
  • Occasional flexible working required
  • Occasional lone and/or home working required
  • UK travel / site visits required
