Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of Health & Safety policies and procedures Assist with risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work Conduct site inspections and audits across various UK locations Help investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring lessons learned are captured Promote a strong Health & Safety culture across the business Maintain accurate H&S documentation and records Provide administrative support to the wider H&S team About You Holds a NEBOSH Certificate OR currently working towards NEBOSH qualification Strong interest and passion for Health & Safety Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced engineering environment Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to engage with site teams Full UK driving licence (desirable due to travel requirements) No prior experience required just the right attitude and desire to build a career in Health & Safety.
