Shift Pattern (Rotating)
- Week 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Week 2: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Fault finding, repairs, and breakdown response.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Continuous improvement of safety, processes, and technology.
- Maintenance record keeping using CMMS (Shire System).
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Desirable
- FMCG or woodworking manufacturing experience.
