Shift Pattern (Rotating)

  • Week 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Week 2: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned and reactive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Fault finding, repairs, and breakdown response.
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Continuous improvement of safety, processes, and technology.
  • Maintenance record keeping using CMMS (Shire System).

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Desirable

  • FMCG or woodworking manufacturing experience.
