Job Summary EFAB Resourcing are recruiting for our client based in Peterlee, for an Internal Sales Representative, working for a leading global designer and manufacturer of system solutions within the Construction industry. The role involving liaising with External Sales Team, Production Managers and Customers to process orders and meet delivery requirements. This is a one year fixed term maternity cover position. Working hours Monday to Friday- 8.30am-5.00pm Responsibilities * Receive and make telephone calls * Offer product and technical advice * Taking and processing orders via the SAP computer system/ transport planning * Liaising with Area Sales Managers on a daily basis * Checking stock levels & communicating with transport departments for delivery information * Preparing and processing quotations, invoices and reports * General office duties * Dealing with complaints and credit requests * Customer visits and attending meetings * Communicating with Purchasing Manager on stock levels and expected deliveries. * Liaising with Production Managers for availability of products Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service using the phone system and have basic IT skills.
