We are looking to recruit experienced Electrical Engineers to join our growing team at our manufacturing facility in Barton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environmen. You will work either on a rotating shift pattern site dependant covering mornings and afternoons, or solely on an afternoon shift. Key Responsibilities * Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of machinery and equipment. * Respond promptly and professionally to equipment breakdowns to minimise disruption to production. * Undertake fault finding, including working with PLCs, and carry out repairs using a combination of mechanical and electrical engineering skills. * Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical and process issues. * Identify and implement improvements in safety, processes, and technology. * Accurately record all maintenance activities using the CMMS (Shire System). * Maintain a proactive and positive approach to supporting the success of the wider business. As part of your duties, you must ensure that you have read, understood, and comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures, as outlined in our Integrated Management System (IMS). Shift Pattern: Barton Main Site * 6.00am – 2.30pm / Monday to Friday (Week 1) * 2.30pm- 11.00pm / Monday to Friday (Week 2) Shift Pattern: Parrot Street * 6.00am – 4.30pm / Monday to Thursday (Week 1) * 6.00am – 4.30pm / Tuesday to Friday (Week 2) About You Essential: * A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering. * 18th Edition qualification (current IEE Wiring Regulations). * Experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Competent in diagnosing faults and working with PLC systems. * Ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
