Responsibilities
- Welcoming students and staff to the camp with a friendly, energetic presence.
- Preparing and running arrivals and departures for hundreds of new students each week.
- Relaying activity information and delivering briefings to new staff.
- Co‑ordinating with the centralised transportation team, sales offices and course leaders worldwide to create comprehensive transport plans.
- Handling daily student and staff queries to enhance customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Sharing emergency duty on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Team player who can lead from the front, outgoing and detail‑oriented.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment, ideally working with young people.
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive mindset: going above and beyond, never settling for the status quo.
