Your Roles And Responsibilities
As Student Services Coordinator, EF is searching for an empathetic, energetic and organised individual to join our summer team. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your customer service skills whilst gaining experience within an international organisation. You will be responsible for welcoming our students into the summer camp, being approachable for their needs, and creating a lively atmosphere for them to enjoy. You will work closely with the Student Services Manager and have a link to all departments, meaning no day will be the same. You will be involved in preparing for new arrivals, relaying activity information, delivering briefings to new staff, running activities and events, and dealing with student discipline and welfare issues should they arise.
The role can be very rewarding as it involves working alongside all the departments as well as closely with the students. You will develop knowledge from each department, making it a great stepping-stone for future roles within the company. Dealing with student and staff queries daily will enhance your customer service skills, communication skills, and your ability to problem-solve and react quickly to demanding tasks.
Requirements
- Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail
- You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-paced environment
- Legally able to work in the UK
- Fluent in English
