Position Details

June 2026 start date

Full-time, hourly paid, flexible hours, 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Processes and maintains homestay accommodation records using EF’s accommodation database
  • Recruits, markets, evaluates and selects suitable homestay accommodation
  • Implements plans to optimize host family retention
  • Deals with general daily student enquiries, logging all student communication on student records
  • Follows up on accommodation issues raised in student evaluations
  • Ensures concerns are escalated to managers/sales offices where appropriate
  • Assists students and sales offices with accommodation requests/changes and ensures the in-house booking system is up to date

Requirements

  • Previous experience in tele-sales and/or face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience in a language-learning environment (desired)
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Capable of using your own initiative
  • Complete fluency in English
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
