As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a foundational member of the Efekta Design Studio, driving the visual language and interaction model for our core learning platforms across mobile and web. Your expertise will bridge pedagogy, visual craft, and technology to bring learning to life through elegant, emotive, and accessible designs and content.

What You'll Be Building (Key Responsibilities & Outcomes)

  • Design Systems & Unification: Establish and scale the visual design system, motion principles, and component libraries that unify Efekta's learning ecosystem, ensuring unparalleled quality and consistency across every platform.
  • Creative Craft & Execution (Deep Specialization): Lead the creative development of visual themes for content, learning interfaces, and AI characters to ensure engagement and express the EF brand identity in innovative ways.
  • Design and ship emotionally impactful digital learning experiences on web and mobile, maintaining the highest standards of accessibility and visual fidelity.
  • Prototype and test sophisticated interactions and motion storytelling to enhance usability and delight.
  • Produce polished visual assets, motion studies, and creative content that drive product decisions and inform high-level marketing collaborations.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Drive the integration of Generative AI tools into the design pipeline, exploring novel creative directions and accelerating the speed of high-fidelity concepting.
  • Partner closely with Learning Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to forge cohesive user experiences that seamlessly merge strong, evidence-based pedagogy with market-leading design.
