Job Description
EF (Education First) Isle of Wight Summer School is seeking a proactive, organised and dependable Summer Campus Manager for summer 2026. If you excel at coordinating operations, motivating staff, ensuring exceptional student care, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we would love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Full-time. 6 days a week.
- Fixed-term contract between June – August 2026.
- Accommodation and full board available if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the EF School is set up prior to student and staff arrivals
- Managing, supporting and motivating staff
- Confirming all transport arrangements for student arrivals and departures
- Planning and coordinating arrival and departure events
- Preparing and delivering regular staff meetings and briefings
- Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond student expectations
- Managing payroll and ensuring all school paperwork is up to date
- Overseeing student welfare and discipline
- Handling problems and emergency situations as they arise
- Act as an ambassador for EF
