Our client is a hugely successful global software organization with UK headquarters located in London. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager for a 12 month contract. A hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their prestigious central London offices.
Duties
- The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful β from onboarding new hires to delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement.
Skills
- Can articulate enablement outcomes with clarity.
- Ability to diagnose skill gaps using data, call listening, and field feedback, then translate insights into targeted enablement actions.
- Proven experience building end-to-end enablement programs, from product launches to behavioural change programs.
- Experience facilitating training in a live, hybrid or remote environment.
- Experience supporting both sellers and sales managers, especially with call coaching identifying training gaps.
- Understands consultative sales methodologies.
- Ability to motivate and guide others to act.
- Data Knowledge; Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems (GSET), Slack, and Amazon Connect.
