Partner Education Lead for 12 month contract with this leading global software organisation at their stunning UK headquarters in central London. You will own the end-to-end partner scaled education strategy for their accounting software ecosystem in the UK and wider international markets. You will own the education content architecture across 1st- and 3rd-party touchpoints, building practitioner trust, driving feature adoption, and accelerating revenue growth at scale. * Direct, design, and execute all scaled practitioner education touchpoints. * Architect, design, and execute multi-format learning paths (e.g. live and on-demand webinars, interactive walkthroughs, self-guided digital walkthroughs, short form lessons) * Leverage quantitative analytics, learner feedback, and modern AI-driven tools to continually optimize performance and maximize channel leverage. Skills * 7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or multi-product environments driving growth via customer/partner education. * Proven ability to connect educational touchpoints directly to business growth metrics: feature adoption, active usage, retention lift, and pipeline/revenue conversion. * A skilled hands-on creator who has expertise on multiple digital events and learning platforms, can manage vendors, agencies Benefits * Long contract * Hybrid 2-3 days/week in the office * Free breakfast
