Our client is a global Saa S company who are now seeking a qualified accountant for a 3 month contract based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London.

Hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Full oversight of entity month end close activities and reporting.
  • Reviews month end close activities of other team members as required.
  • Completes monthly P&L and balance sheet analytical review with commentary, trend analysis on revenue & close review with FP&A & other key stakeholders.
  • Prepares statutory bridge reconciliation from US GAAP to local GAAP on secondary ledger.
  • Prepares annual statutory financial statements with input from local accounting & tax advisors as required and presents results to CAO.
  • Drives completion & filings of Corporate Tax Returns and Indirect Tax/VAT Returns.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant; CA/ACA/CPA with 4 years relevant experience.
  • Strong technical (US GAAP or IFRS, EMEA local GAAP) and financial accounting expertise.
  • Strong technical accounting skills able to interpret and present in lay terms to non-technical finance and other business partner.
  • Large accounting software package expertise, Oracle financials.
