Our client a global software organisation is seeking an experienced Recruiter – EMEA & APAC, for a 6 month contract based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. You will have 3 years+ experience in recruitment or human resources, along with a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing and hiring processes. Responsibilities * Lead on all hiring for their EMEA & APAC region, supporting business units including Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Success, Finance and HR * Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. * Helping managers find, hire and retain quality candidates. * Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates. * Co-ordinate offers, terms and conditions of employment and on-boarding of candidates. Skills * 10 yrs+ experience in recruitment or human resources. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills. * Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person). * Degree qualified.
