Our client is a hugely successful global organization specialising in CRM software solutions to the SME marketplace. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based at their prestigious UK headquarters in central London.
Skills:
- 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and 'Train the Trainer' roles.
- Experience in SaaS Sales especially CRM and Marketing solutions.
- Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and guide others to act.
- Familiarity with Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems, Slack or Amazon Connect.
- Experience working with various AI tools would prove useful.
Duties:
- The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful.
