International Procurement Specialist responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of purchase requisitions and contract workflows in support of our client's international business operations. Experience supporting Marketing, Professional Services, or Technology categories is preferred. 12 month contract, hybrid with 3 days/wk. on site in central London offices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a procurement point of contact for international stakeholders, owning purchase requisitions and contract execution from intake through completion.
- Independently manage multiple active requisitions and contracts simultaneously, prioritising effectively and maintaining momentum across all requests.
- Identify potential delays or issues early and take ownership to resolve them without escalation whenever possible.
- Lead coordination of contract drafting, review, and execution.
- Act as a quality control point to reduce rework, errors, and downstream risk.
- Identify recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements to processes, templates, or workflows.
Skills / Qualifications
- 7 years+ experience in procurement operations, sourcing execution, contract management, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing purchase requisitions, contracts, and approvals in ERP / Source-to-Pay systems.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders on contract execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complexity without losing accuracy.
- Consulting or internal advisory experience is a plus.
