In this role, you will own the end-to-end scaled education strategy ecosystem across multiple regions.
You will combine deep practitioner insight with platform expertise to translate complex product capabilities, frequent launches, workflow friction points, and regulatory changes into high-impact, scalable learning journeys.
You will define the education content architecture across 1st- and 3rd-party touchpoints, building practitioner trust, driving feature adoption, and accelerating revenue growth at scale.
What you'll do
- Architect, design, and execute multi-format learning paths (live/on-demand webinars, interactive walkthroughs, self-guided digital experiences, short-form lessons) across owned channels and industry platforms.
- Translate complex platform updates, workflow friction points, and regulatory shifts into practical, engaging educational content that drives confidence, product mastery, and measurable business impact.
- Lead and deliver all scaled practitioner education touchpoints, partnering cross-functionally with PMM, GTM, Product Enablement, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
