Our client is a hugely successful global software organization with UK headquarters located in London. They are now seeking a Sales Trainer for a 12 month contract at their prestigious London HQ. Hybrid with 2-3 days a week in the office.
Duties: The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful from onboarding new hires to delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement.
Skills:
- 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement
- Strong communication skills both when training sales personnel and working with stakeholders
- Ability to motivate and guide others to act
- Training/Coaching systems such as Docebo, Slack and Amazon Connect
- Experience working with various AI tools
- Preferably some experience in SaaS Sales, especially CRM and Marketing solutions
