Our client is a global software solutions company with UK headquarters located in Victoria, London. They are now seeking an IT Support Technician for a 12 month contract where you will benefit from great technical support from your colleagues. Can be 2 days a week remote.
Responsibilities:
- Duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers.
- Troubleshoot issues as 1st, 2nd level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and replace laptop and PC hardware.
- Provide professional-level phone support to customers.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access.
Skills:
- Computer graduate or similar.
- 1+ years experience in IT Desktop Support.
- Familiarity supporting Mac OS X & Windows 7/10.
- Familiarity with wired and Wi-Fi Networking with Windows Active Directory preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
