The EF Isle of Wight Summer School is seeking a proactive, organised and dependable Summer Campus Support & Logistics Manager for summer 2026.
Position Details
- Full-time
- 6 days a week
- Fixed-term contract between June – August 2025
- Accommodation and full board available if necessary

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the EF School is set up prior to student and staff arrivals
- Managing, supporting and motivating staff
- Confirming all transport arrangements for student arrivals and departures
- Planning and coordinating arrival and departure events
- Preparing and delivering regular staff meetings and briefings
- Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond student expectations
- Managing payroll and ensuring all school paperwork is up to date
- Overseeing student welfare and discipline
- Handling problems and emergency situations as they arise
- Act as an ambassador for EF
