EF Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced TEFL English Teacher to join our dynamic academic team.

Position Details

  • Monday – Friday
  • Hourly paid
  • 20 – 33 hours per week
  • September start

Your Role

  • Deliver engaging General English and Special Interest (SPIN) courses
  • Plan and prepare lessons using EF’s curriculum and blended learning approach
  • Track student attendance, assess progress, and provide regular feedback
  • Facilitate testing and maintain academic records
  • Participate in teacher briefings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative academic team environment
  • Support students in achieving their learning goals through tutorials and guidance

Requirements

  • CELTA / equivalent qualification
  • Degree
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for international education and student success
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare (DBS check required)
