EF (Education First) London International Language Campus is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leaders for summer 2026.
In this role, you will organize and lead activities, events and excursions, creating an unforgettable experience for international students.
Employment Details
- Part‑time
- Flexible hours, 7 days a week
- Typically 10–25 hours per week
- Summer contract starting in June 2026 (with potential to start as early as April/May)
Every day is different – from city trips to themed parties and evening socials. You’ll be a key part in helping students feel welcome, confident and connected, while also developing your own leadership and communication skills in a fun and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead groups of international students on a variety of activities, events and excursions
- Create a lively atmosphere throughout the school and during excursions, while delivering excellent customer service
- Help students break cultural barriers and build friendships by facilitating activities that get them speaking English, sharing their cultures and learning from one another
- Takes responsibility for health, safety and well‑being of all students, including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency situations in line with EF policy and procedures
- Liaise with co‑leaders, Activities and Events Coordinator & Manager to discuss how to improve future activities, events, and day trips
- Ensure the EF behaviour code is always followed by all students and inform the management immediately if there are any issues or problems
Requirements
- Highly motivated, energetic and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
- Confident in leading and managing groups of adult students and under‑18 students (16‑17 years old)
- Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
- Appreciation of cultural differences and sensitivity to the needs of international students
- A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
- First‑Aider trained (preferable but not essential)
- All offers subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
- Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment
