Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for student experience, events, and cultural exchange? EF Oxford is looking for a Student Experience Manager to take charge of creating an unforgettable summer for international students from around the world!
About the Role
As the Student Experience Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our summer school community, ensuring every student enjoys a fun, safe, and engaging experience. You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the student experience from arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional stay.
- Managing & supporting the Activities & Events team to deliver a diverse and exciting program of events, excursions, and social activities.
- Driving quality & improvement, using weekly student feedback to enhance their experience.
- Organizing major events —think themed parties, sports tournaments, and cultural excursions.
- Coordinating with student services & accommodation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Creating a positive & energetic atmosphere, acting as the face of EF Oxford for students.
- Sharing emergency duty responsibilities as part of a rota.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic leader with a passion for event management, youth engagement, and customer service. The right candidate will have:
- Leadership & management experience (e.g., team leader, event manager, or similar).
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills —able to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills, ensuring students feel supported and engaged.
- A sociable, fun, and energetic personality, able to inspire and motivate young people.
- Ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English & right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check & references required.
