The Opportunity

Our Global Accounts team is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help identify needs for intercultural and language training in some of the biggest companies. The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in a multinational, rapidly growing and innovative education company. This role is ideal for someone looking to get their first experience in a corporate setting where extensive training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success!

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence
  • Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals
  • Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
  • Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
  • Recruit clients to webinars and events

The skills & experience we look for

  • 0-2 years in B2B business development experience
  • Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Intermediate-level English (C1+) & fluency in German
  • Any additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
