Office location: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP3 1NS (with some flexibility to work from home when suitable, pending client needs).
The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our participants have an excellent experience while attending our Executive Education programs. You will make sure the program logistics – from online meeting links to bedrooms – are organized and ready and own the communication with participants to provide all relevant information – from welcome pack to final certificate – throughout the program. Your ability to be well organized and work closely with multiple Project Managers to work on different clients is key. You will also be expected to become proficient at our delivery technologies for online programs and to work efficiently on internal systems such as Salesforce, Opera and Monday.com. Training (formal and on-the-job) will be provided during and after the onboarding period.

Key responsibilities
- Owning the participant journey from welcome pack to final certificate with expert support and a personal touch.
- Creating and organising excellent welcome packs, program portals and any program materials, together with your Project Manager and Program Director, according to the program timeline.
- Running orientation calls to clarify expectations, answer questions and prepare participants for the program ahead.
- Communicating and responding to participant queries in a timely, supportive and professional manner.
- Liaising with Ashridge House (our main campus) to arrange any program logistics such as teaching room set up, accommodation, meals, and transport.
- Hosting participants at Ashridge House to ensure the best program experience.
- Working closely with Faculty and Technical Facilitator to get all technical elements of online programs ready such as meeting links and breakout rooms.
- Delivering excellent technical facilitation and troubleshooting for online programs.
- Providing insights to program review meetings to identify improvement areas for future programs.
