  • Support adoption of RevOps initiatives (processes, tools, cadence)
  • Manage projects from planning through implementation and follow up
  • Track progress, remove obstacles and keep momentum high
  • Create clear communication materials and messaging
  • Support on playbooks, guides and templates deployment
  • Support execution reviews and ensure accountability for outcomes
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and frontline teams to use for continuous improvement of communication, content, and processes
