Job Title: Global Events Specialist with online platform experience
Location: Hybrid: 3 Days in Office or campus/2 Days working from home – London Chelsea office

You\’ll oversee online and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution, high engagement, and unforgettable experiences. A key part of this role is working with advanced event platforms beyond Zoom/Teams, like Streamyard, Hopin, Cvent, ON24, LinkedIn Live, and IG Live, so prior experience using and optimizing these tools is essential. This fast-paced position requires adaptability, creativity, and collaboration across time zones. While not a managerial role, it offers high ownership and impact—perfect for someone eager to push the boundaries of event execution. About the Role
Hult International Business School is seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and resourceful Global Events Specialist to join our high-energy, fast-paced team. If you have a \”nothing is impossible\” attitude, thrive in a global environment, and enjoy planning and executing world-class virtual and in-person events, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and manage virtual and in-person events for global audiences.
Manage event platforms such as Streamyard, Cvent, LinkedIn Live, or similar tools to create engaging experiences.
Develop and communicate weekly/monthly event schedules with marketing and enrollment teams.
Ensure all branding, messaging, and guest experiences align with company objectives.
Manage event branding, design, and marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, and PowerPoint if needed. - Technical & Operational Support
Troubleshoot technical issues before and during live events.
Collaborate with stakeholders to track event success using data analytics and reporting using CRMs like Tableau, Salesforce. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, enrollment, faculty, and vendors) to execute high-impact events.
Partner with faculty, campus staff, and internal teams to curate compelling event content.
Ensure smooth communication across different time zones and flexible working hours.
Research and implement new event formats and technology to enhance attendee engagement.
Track event performance, analyze trends, and optimize future events.
Monitor competitor events and stay updated on industry trends.
Use event analytics tools, dashboards, and reports to optimize content, timing, and audience targeting.
Track, measure, and analyze event performance, using key metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to inform future strategies.
