Efekta Education Group, an EF company, is an award‑winning EdTech business offering the world’s most advanced Agentic Teaching Platform to public and private school systems, universities, and global companies. With 60 years of expertise, Efekta’s AI‑powered platform has taught over 24 million people in multiple countries and today serves more than 4.5 million active students, 200,000 teachers, and 3,000 corporate clients worldwide. We are looking for a sharp, ambitious FP&A Manager to support two business units (B2B and B2S) operating across more than 20 markets worldwide. This is a true business partnering role at the heart of how Efekta plans, performs, and scales: you will work with stakeholders at every level of the organisation, from the CEO, Product President, and CFO through functional VPs to market teams – helping management make better decisions, faster.

Key role objectives:

  • Own the planning and reporting cycles end to end across both business units and their 20 sales markets: gather input, challenge assumptions, consolidate the numbers, and translate them into clear recommendations for management.
  • Own the quarterly reporting process and actively drive the function towards a monthly cadence, raising the bar on timeliness and quality of financial insight.
  • Drive the function’s transition to the Oracle suite, including the migration from TM1 to Oracle Planning & Analytics, and use it as a catalyst to simplify processes and automate wherever the tools allow.
  • Work closely with finance managers across our markets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in how financial results are recorded and reported.
  • Provide strong commercial support to the sales organisation across both business units: compensation discussions, bonus plans, commission structures, and organisational design.
  • Leverage Salesforce as a core data source: retrieve, analyse, and turn CRM data into pipeline and performance insight.
  • Lead a small but high‑impact team, setting a high bar for quality, prioritisation, and pace.

Candidate profile:

  • Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, but with the ability to zoom out to the bigger picture.
  • Resourceful and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑moving environment with many competing demands.
  • Strong FP&A experience is a prerequisite; an accounting designation is a plus.
  • Comfortable with planning tools (TM1, Oracle EPM, or similar) and CRM data (Salesforce).
  • A natural relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders from staff to C‑suite across cultures and time zones.

Longer term:

This is a unique opportunity within one of the most exciting parts of EF: a global, entrepreneurial business with real scale ambitions. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path towards broader commercial and finance leadership positions across the EF group.
