The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1600 £ per month.
As part of the EF Language Abroad Taskforce Team, you'll play a key role in supporting students from around the world as they join us on campus for a summer of language learning, cultural exchange, and making memories to last a lifetime.
Please note this role is not guaranteed to be based in London. This position is placed throughout our campuses in the UK, and flexibility in destination is a must. Taskforce takes place for 6-12 weeks between June and August, with potential to continue onto a full-time position. Travel expenses to and from the work destination are covered, and accommodation is provided.
Candidates must have full working rights in the UK for Summer. We are looking for motivated and flexible team players. The ability to address problems in the moment with a positive attitude while empathising with students and their families is a must. Successful candidates sincerely enjoy interacting with new people and share EF's passion for experiencing the world.

What will the job look like?
Each day on campus and with Taskforce is unique, but tasks can include:
- Getting creative and hosting events for students on campus and in dormitory housing.
- Meeting the local community to find new, wonderful host families for student stays.
- Assisting the activities team with planning and hosting activities around the city and on-campus (hiking trips, beach days, bracelet making, city tours, you name it).
- Supporting students as they navigate their new surroundings with a second language (help them find their lost luggage, understand the local public transportation, or help them find the best local food nearby).
- Helping campus staff communicate rules and local laws to students to ensure student safety and wellbeing.
- Assisting the Academic and teaching team with the graduation ceremonies and ensuring students are thriving in their language lessons.
What are we looking for?
Ultimately, someone who is ready to help students have their dream summer. Other qualifications include:
- Be a currently enrolled or a recently graduated university student.
- Full fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading).
- A world-class positive attitude.
- Full working rights in the United Kingdom.
- All additional languages are a plus.
- International experience: living, studying, or working abroad is a plus.
- Studies and/or work experience in hospitality, summer camps, or a school setting is a huge plus.
