The Opportunity Our marketing team is looking to hire an outstanding Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling in a corporate environment. You will play a pivotal role in building Hult Ashridge as a leading global executive education brand in the B2B space and reaching our ambitious revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for developing and writing impactful B2B content for our global business leadership audience to increase brand awareness and lead generation, collaborating with the marketing team and faculty on the overall content strategy and planning, as well as writing and crafting compelling content. This role will report to the Senior Content Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider marketing team as well as sales, product and our faculty. Key responsibilities:
- Develop, write and edit impactful copy for our international B2B business leadership audience including long‑form articles, white papers, case studies, website pages, blogs, email campaigns, email nurture, social copy, webinar materials and video scripts.
- Support, and collaborate with, the Senior Content Marketing Manager, marketing team and faculty to co‑design a coherent content strategy and calendar, developing powerful campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Write persuasive copy for our business leadership audience, and edit the copy of others to ensure it is clear, compelling and concise.
- Plan and produce webinars end to end, including coordinating speakers, shaping relevant, thought‑provoking content, managing live delivery and creating sales enablement materials post‑event.
- Planning video content including coordinating filming schedules with production teams.
- Create sales enablement materials and guidance on the key takeaways and actions from the content and how this links to the solutions we offer our clients, to support sales in leveraging the content in their outreach to clients and prospects.
- Produce internal communications including refining slide decks and maintaining the internal content hub.
- Drive our efforts to build Hult Ashridge as a leading brand within the executive education market by being the ambassador and custodian of our branding guidelines and tone of voice.
- Research best practices and keep up to date with latest content trends and topics of interest to HR, Learning & Development (L&D) and other business leaders to develop the most effective themes and formats to reach and influence our audience.
- Use knowledge of SEO to ensure content can be found via search engines.
- Partner with the rest of the marketing team to coordinate scheduling, measurement of results, and design work as needed.
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams, faculty, and other thought leaders to bring their expertise, ideas and inspiration to a wide audience through our content.
The skills & experience we look for:
- We are looking for a highly skilled writer with extensive experience of writing for a B2B audience, with an exciting portfolio to share.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience of developing, writing and editing high‑performing B2B content and can provide insights into what digital content will most engage buyers in large enterprises.
- Knowledge of the HR / L&D space is a plus.
- You can work to tight deadlines and have experience optimizing content for SEO, as well as analysing performance metrics and improving copy accordingly.
- You are very effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others and dealing with internal and external senior stakeholders (faculty, clients, sales leaders).
- You are comfortable working as part of a highly collaborative team and leading complex projects cross‑functionally in flat organizations.
- You are a self‑starter with a creative and strategic mindset, but always detail‑oriented – someone who doesn’t shy away from getting things done and delivering high quality work on time.
- You have experience of translating brand identity into engaging content and copy, including developing and adhering to brand tone of voice direction, style guides, and copy libraries.
- Product marketing experience is a plus – developing the positioning and messaging of B2B products for large enterprises, and creating impactful sales collateral.
