Your Role
EF Bournemouth International Language Campus is seeking a Homestay Coordinator to help grow and support our homestay community.
In this role, youโll be connecting with local families, often by phone, to encourage them to join our network, while also placing international students in welcoming homes. The focus is on creating safe, supportive, and culturally enriching experiences that benefit both students and host families.
Position Details: FIXED TERM
40 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective host families by phone to introduce EF, build relationships, and encourage them to join our homestay network
- Preparing written information to be given to prospective and current homestay providers
- Working with our homestay providers to find suitable accommodation for our language students while they study with us in the UK
- Processing & maintaining homestay accommodation records using the EFโs own accommodation database
- Providing pre-departure accommodation information to providers about arriving students
- Attend local events or organize info sessions at community centres to present the benefits of hosting international students
- Visit potential host homes, check living standards, assess cultural compatibility, and complete safety evaluations
- Respond quickly to host-student
