About the Program

We’re seeking innovative, technically curious, and business-minded early-career professionals to join our 18-month Global 360 AI Transformation Program. This program is designed for candidates with 2–3 years of post‑graduate experience in technical, analytical, product, consulting, automation, or AI‑adjacent roles. We will also consider exceptional recent graduates who can demonstrate strong technical curiosity, project ownership, and evidence of building or implementing real solutions.

Each Global 360 AI Trainee will be paired directly with a C‑level leader to identify, design, and implement high‑impact AI solutions that deliver immediate business value. Unlike traditional trainee or AI research roles, this position focuses on applying today’s most advanced AI tools, automation platforms, LLMs, agents, and emerging AI workflows to real business problems. You’ll work at the intersection of executive leadership, business transformation, and bleeding‑edge technology — helping the organization move faster, operate smarter, and build AI‑native ways of working. You will also participate in collaborative global summits with fellow trainees, sharing learnings, testing new tools, and supporting senior leaders as they explore and scale AI‑enabled transformation across the business.

The Role

As a Global 360 AI Trainee, you’ll act as an AI transformation specialist: identifying where artificial intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows can create competitive advantage, then helping turn those opportunities into practical, measurable outcomes. You’ll work on hands‑on projects such as:

  • Setting up AI agents to monitor competitor activity, market signals, and internal performance in real time
  • Streamlining, redesigning, or automating business workflows using AI‑first tools and platforms
  • Building prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and MVPs that demonstrate how AI can improve speed, quality, or decision‑making
  • Enhancing customer and employee experiences through AI‑powered personalization, automation, and self‑service solutions
  • Improving decision‑making through data insights, dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI‑assisted research
  • Evaluating, deploying, and scaling emerging AI tools across business functions
  • Supporting leaders in understanding how LLMs, autonomous agents, workflow automation, and AI‑native operating models can reshape their areas of responsibility

This is a highly hands‑on role focused on implementation, experimentation, and business impact. Success comes from identifying opportunities, testing quickly, deploying solutions, and driving measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field from a top‑tier university
  • Ideally 2+ years of post‑graduate professional experience in software engineering, data analytics, product, technical consulting, automation, AI implementation, or a related technical/analytical role
  • Exceptional recent graduates may be considered if they can demonstrate strong project work, technical curiosity, and evidence of hands‑on execution
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are valued
  • International work and/or study experience
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to work closely with senior decision‑makers
  • Strong interest in using AI to solve real business problems, not just discussing theoretical possibilities

Talents and Skills

  • Deep curiosity about agentic AI, autonomous systems, LLMs, multimodal AI, AI copilots, and next‑generation AI architectures
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools, APIs, workflow automation platforms, no‑code/low‑code tools, LLMs, agents, data tools, or related technologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward building, testing, and deploying solutions quickly
  • Ability to translate emerging technology into practical business applications
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between AI‑driven automation and executive decision‑making
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate unstructured, AI‑augmented workflows independently
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Bias toward action and a track record of turning ideas into execution
  • Interest in AI‑native operating models, business transformation, and the future of work

Additional Information

This is not an AI research role. The focus is on applying existing and emerging AI technologies to solve business problems, improve efficiency, accelerate decision‑making, and create measurable value. Applicants should be prepared to discuss technical, analytical, automation, product, or AI‑related projects they have personally built, implemented, or contributed to. We are looking for people who are excited by the pace of AI development and want to be close to where it is being applied in real business settings — not years from now, but today.
