This role is a full-time contract position that will be supporting the growth of our search engine visibility and traffic in the . Working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, the SEO Analyst will create, optimize and manage web content and link development initiatives to improve the organic search performance of several sites. The successful candidate will transform search engines into the primary source of qualified traffic to our website.
Responsibilities

Writing creative and inspiring content for our website, both on-site and off-site, to help drive customer engagement and our SEO rankings

Reviewing and improving existing content on website(s) and advise on strategies to refresh or better optimize

Performing keyword research for new and existing SEO content in order to identify content gaps

Monitor and report on key performance metrics for organic search: ranking, traffic from search engines, conversion rates, etc., and proactively act on the insights provided

Assist with the research and development of a dense link network through effective partnership building, community interaction and content placement

Assist with the execution of local translations

Work closely with local sales offices to train staff in the basic precepts of organic search and coordinate their work on the site in relation to SEO

Help the SEO Manager where necessary

Fluent Italian speaker. Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian are essential.

Good translation and editorial skills with a strong attention to detail and excellent proof-reading ability.

Ability to create engaging, customer-centric and search engine optimized content across various formats (e.g. campaign pages, in-depth articles, blog posts, etc.) and channels (owned and earned).

Comfortable with challenging deadlines, workloads and goals.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international team environment and communicate persuasively by e-mail and telephone.

Strong team player that is willing to learn and share knowledge but also able to work without supervision.

Desired: At least 2 years of experience in SEO.

Online marketing and copywriting experience is preferred. Previous experience on search engine marketing and/or social media is also a benefit.
