We are looking to grow our pool of Webinar coordinators (also known as Technical Facilitators internally) to support our virtual classes for our Executive Education programs. Your role is to ensure these online courses run smoothly from a technical perspective, and to support Faculty in giving participants an excellent experience. You will provide a friendly and reassuring presence, address questions, troubleshoot and run all technical features and platforms such as breakouts, polls, videos and mentimeters during the sessions. Your goal is to ensure everyone can engage well, feel well looked-after, and focus on the learning.
Professional and timely communication and attention to detail while remaining calm under pressure are pre-requisites to this role. You will be working in a supportive and accomplished Operations Team and alongside great Faculty and Sales colleagues.
The Project Support is our foundation layer to provide back-end supports to the Operations Team to deliver great face-to-face and online Executive Education programs. You will work closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to complete various tasks that are necessary to plan, organize and deliver programs.
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent technical facilitation for virtual programs.
Working with faculty prior the session to prepare and rehearse the technical elements and suggesting, where appropriate, best practices that may enhance the experience.
Providing feedback to the Operations Team post-program to contribute to wider learning and improvements.

Agile, tech-savvy and a quick learner.
Eligible to work in the UK and based in the UK
Great Wi-Fi, PC/Laptop and headphones. Ideally to have a dual-monitor setup.
Confident with technology, especially Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Professional and effective communication skills with our team, faculty and participants
Ideally, experience providing great customer service especially in a B2B environment
Fluency in other languages is a merit, but not required
What we offer:
Training on Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams and best practices on Technical Facilitation.
£12.21 per hour, paid weekly
Statutory paid leave of 5.6 weeks a year (holiday hours accrued based on hours worked)
Flexibility; we will ask which sessions cover to suit your schedule, but once confirmed you must keep the commitment
