Are you seeking a fulfilling teaching opportunity this summer?

EF is hiring TEFL teachers to teach international students (aged 10-14 or 15+) as part of our immersive language and cultural exchange programs.

  • Full-time, 5 or 6 days a week
  • Minimum of two weeks from you during July and/or August
  • Collaborate with a dedicated academic team and use award-winning materials
  • Potential for permanent job opportunities post summer

Help students from around the world build confidence, enhance language skills, and experience cultural growth. Apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver general English and special interest courses
  • Plan and teach classes, track attendance, and attend all teacher meetings.
  • Participate in peer observation programmes
  • Write student reports when required
  • Act as an ambassador for EF

Requirements

  • Available to work during the peak month July
  • TEFL qualified (some locations CELTA qualified or equivalent)
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and positive
  • Keen interest in up-to-date EFL methodology and developments
  • A strong desire to develop within the EFL profession
  • Sensitive to students’ academic & welfare needs
  • Comfortable working with teens and young adults
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment
  • C2 level of English
