Your Role: Working as a Student Services Coordinator is a unique opportunity to enhance your customer service skills in an international setting. As the face of EF, you'll welcome students, create a vibrant atmosphere, and handle various tasks, making each day dynamic and rewarding. This 4-12 week position, running throughout June, July, and August on a fixed-term contract, offers valuable cross-departmental experience and opens doors to future opportunities within the company. Work closely with students and staff, honing communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Collaborate with sales offices to manage enrolments, ensuring compliance, and proper capacity management for school/accommodation
- Address daily student inquiries and assist those wanting to make course changes
- Coordinate arrival transfers
- Handle direct sales inquiries, conduct school tours, and provide quotations
- Maintain a tidy, and professional reception area
- Share the emergency phone duties on rota
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for delivering quality customer service
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Demonstrate a mindset of going above and beyond
- Flexibility with working hours may be required
- Experience working with kids and teens (preferred)
- Clear DBS check and two references
- Right to work in the UK
