EF is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Senior TEFL English Teacher to join our Oxford International Language Campus and contribute to our mission of opening the world through education.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching students of all levels and course types
- Assist the DoS and ADoS in the day to day running of the academic programme
- Take responsibility for certain areas of the academic programme
- Present themselves as a model of quality and professionalism
- Help and advise colleagues in their awareness and use of teaching resources and teaching methodology
- Actively participate in the schools’ in service training program and partake, where appropriate, in opportunities for professional development
- Assist the DOS and ADOS in conducting effective inductions of new teachers and giving advice on new procedures
- Observe teachers as directed by the DOS and ADOS, providing written, formal evaluations of observations as well as co-ordinating peer observations as required
- Assist the DOS and ADOS in identifying teacher needs and delivering CPDs in these areas
- Keeping record of books stock-check and prepare books for teachers every 6 weeks
- Managing the teachers’ resource library and students’ library
- Ensuring classroom resources are in good order
- Tracking submissions of teachers’ admin
- Co-ordinating and assisting with exams run in school
- Assist with intake of new students, including preparing test rooms, welcoming students and delivering speaking tests
Requirements:
- CELTA qualified/DELTA in progress or completed is desirable but not essential
- University degree or equivalent
- Passionate and professional
- Keen interest in up to date EFL methodology and developments
- A strong desire to develop within the EFL profession
- Able to encourage a positive and sharing attitude to both classroom and professional issues
- Sensitive to students’ academic & welfare needs
- Organised and thorough
