EF Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our facilities team as Maintenance Operative, working at our large international campus in Headington. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Full-time – Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM
Permanent contract
Your Role:
- General maintenance & repairs
- Furniture assembly & moving
- Dealing with contractors regarding building issues
- Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies
- Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills and customer-facing experience
- Flexible approach & teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a lone-working environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
- Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
- Clean background check
