EF (Education First) International Language Campuses is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Homestay Manager to lead our accommodation operations at our Manchester Campus. In this pivotal campus role, you’ll oversee our homestay and private accommodation network, ensuring every student enjoys a true “home away from home.” You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, strengthen relationships with hosts and suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation
  • Manages a team of full time and part time homestay coordinators, recruiters and visitors
  • Supervise the team to ensure their targets are met, provides guidance to the team and makes sure that daily, weekly and quarterly deadlines are met
  • Ensures students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EFGold Standards and in accordance with EF’s safeguarding policy for under 18’s
  • Ensures student queries regarding accommodation are handled and logged appropriately with regard for excellent customer service
  • Monitors student evaluation of accommodation and responds to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution
  • Liaises with finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers
