EF (Education First) Isle of Wight Summer School is seeking a proactive, organised and dependable Summer Campus Manager for summer 2026. Full-time, 6 days a week, fixed-term contract between June – August 2026. Accommodation and full board available if necessary.

Responsibilities:- Ensuring the EF School is set up prior to student and staff arrivals
- Managing, supporting and motivating staff
- Confirming all transport arrangements for student arrivals and departures
- Planning and coordinating arrival and departure events
- Preparing and delivering regular staff meetings and briefings
- Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond student expectations
- Managing payroll and ensuring all school paperwork is up to date
- Overseeing student welfare and discipline
- Handling problems and emergency situations as they arise
- Act as an ambassador for EF
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive
- Mature, common sense approach
- Enjoys working in a busy & varied service environment
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure
- Flexible attitude to work and creative problem solver
All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references. Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment.
