EF Education First is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation operations at the EF London International Language Campus.
Full-time/Permanent contract. Salary to be discussed at interview. Campus based within walking distance of Waterloo station.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee our homestay and private accommodation network, ensuring every student enjoys a true “home away from home.” You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, strengthen relationships with hosts and suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation.
- Manages a team of full time and part time homestay coordinators, recruiters and visitors.
- Supervises the team to ensure their targets are met, provides guidance to the team and makes sure that daily, weekly and quarterly deadlines are met.
- Ensures students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF’s safeguarding policy for under 18’s.
- Ensures student queries regarding accommodation are handled and logged appropriately with regard for excellent customer service.
- Monitors student evaluation of accommodation and responds to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Liaises with finance department to ensure prompt and accurate processing.
