Hult International Business School seeks a Global Senior Events Manager to lead our international marketing team in delivering high-impact events across multiple regions. This role involves planning, executing, and producing a diverse array of events—from in-person masterclasses and open houses to virtual and hybrid experiences—collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, enrollment, academics, and alumni relations to connect with prospective students and enhance Hult’s global brand.

Responsibilities:
Event Management
- Execute the event strategy for the global enrollment team across regions.
- Manage large-format events such as Masterclasses, Open Houses, Alumni Panels, etc., targeting 25+ attendees.
- Handle 10-15 events per month, combining online and in-person formats, scheduled via a centralized calendar.
- Coordinate with regional heads and the events team to plan the calendar.
- Work with academic and alumni teams to secure faculty and alumni participation.
- Ensure excellent customer service with pre-event coordination calls.
- Promote events internally and externally via various channels, including social media and paid promotions.
- Manage CMS and CRM systems for event registration and communication.
- Coordinate publicity with marketing and social media teams.
External Fair Logistics
- Coordinate with regional teams and attend fairs with designated staff.
- Ensure logistics and checklists are completed timely.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and payments in accordance with policies.
- Support inter-departmental communication and support systems used include Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Storyblok, Calendly, Tableau, Jira, Oracle.
Qualifications & Experience
We seek a proactive, detail-oriented events professional who:
- Holds a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Has 4+ years of experience in event logistics and execution.
- Possesses digital marketing skills, including email and social media promotion.
- Has international experience with venues and logistics suppliers.
- Demonstrates excellent execution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Can manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Has a positive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in education or fluency in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
